Situated on a prime corner in the upscale area of Buckhead, Realm is located at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Piedmont Road in Atlanta, Georgia. At 31 stories, this 406 unit residential tower was developed by a joint venture of Wood Partners and Novare Group. This mixed use complex has 15,000 sq ft of retail as well as 48,000 sq ft of office space. This complex shares a structured parking deck servicing over 700 vehicles. In addition to architectural services, The Preston Partnership also provided structural, landscape, and interior design services for this project.
