Palmetto Promenade is a mixed use project located in Boca Raton, Florida. The project consists of several components including apartments, townhomes and retail space. The facade is inspired by different periods of South Florida architecture, including Mizner styled Mediterranean Revival, 20’s Classical Revival, Art Deco, Transitional and Modern. Great attention went into creating variety in the pedestrian experience, which includes townhome front yard entries, trellised terraces and retail arcades. The project includes approximately 378 residential units with an average unit size of 1,050SF in a combination of three, 9-story high rise residential structures fronting Palmetto Park Road and 3-level flat/townhome residences fronting the parking decks at the rear of the site facing East Boca Raton Road. 3 levels of structured parking feature private residential garages within the deck for the flat/townhouse units.
