Centrally located 7 miles from the city center and directly adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the city of Hapeville is positioned to become a new destination live, work and play hub. Back in 2003, Hapeville was deemed a “Main Street City” by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Since then, the city has been in the midst of revitalization, all whilst preserving its unique historic charm. In response to the rapid growth of the city, South City Partners’ 8.15-acre site will provide 285 units within seven residential buildings, including two four-story podium-style buildings, three three- and four-story wood-framed buildings and two carriage house buildings. This type VA construction aims to create a sense of community, integrating 4,625sf of street level retail at the base corner of 4-story residential. Parking is placed internally within the site with greenspaces sprinkled throughout, creating a distinct neighborhood look and feel.
