Prospect Lake Wire is located in Lakeland, Florida, just east of Tampa. This historic district is known for its distinctive architectural influences, including several buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Prospect Lake Wire is phased to develiver 630 multifamily residential units and 30,000 square feet of retail space to the 22 acre site. Preston Architecture and Interiors developed a cohesive, signature modern style consisting of simple forms in material pallet of wood, metal, and concrete. The 7,235-square-foot clubhouse includes an open concept club with an integrated, secure-access leasing office and a fitness center facing the pool. Community amenities include outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchens and entertainment areas. Great care went into the preservation of the existing large oak, positioning the residential buildings to create an internal courtyard. Prospect Lake Wire is slated to deliver the first phase of units late Spring 2024, seeking LEED Silver certification.
