Square on Fifth is a contemporary student housing tower within the Centergy Complex on Tech Square in Midtown Atlanta. The interior design contrasts the use of the concrete and hard surfaces, with the softened warmth of dark millwork. Bright pops of blue energize the leasing office and counter the dark grays of the concrete. Students can relax, socialize, exercise, play or study surrounded by 360 degree views of Atlanta in the 25th floor sky lounge. Square on Fifth offers a variety of activity space, including the rooftop clubroom, study carrels, a conference room, fitness center, a bar with game tables and a connective area that can be divided into two separate collaborative spaces.  For students on the run, a craft coffee & espresso bar is located opposite the leasing office in the lobby.
