The firm established itself initially around all aspects of retail with significant growth in nationally recognized retail roll-out programs. However, our retail planning expertise has opened the door to much larger and more complex projects. Currently, our focus is on outdoor lifestyle and specialty centers ranging in size from 200,000 SF to over 1,000,000 SF, both ground up and renovation, including specialty projects, such as restaurant prototypes and small tenant concepts. To diversify ourselves further, we are also producing power center projects and high-end neighborhood centers.
