PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This 24 acre two phase development includes a student housing parcel and neighborhood retail parcel. The student housing complex consists of 245 units and 850 beds in a mixture of two, three, and four-story apartment buildings. The site is designed to create a sense of privacy, define public and private areas, and provide protection from street traffic, while at the same time maintaining sustainability. Courtyards, fire pits, grills, bicycle racks, bus shelters, pet stations, and other furnishings are designed to accommodate the daily needs of the students. A 3,000 sq ft grand pool, hammock oasis, bocce ball horseshoe court, multipurpose activity court, sand volleyball court, and a fitness trail are found nestled among the trees in the open green space play areas that provide plenty of room for athletic games and walking pets.
