PROJECT DESCRIPTION

West 22 is a unique student housing community that provides a variety of housing options to Kennesaw State University including manor and cottage homes as well as four story luxury apartment buildings. The interiors are designed to create comfortable, yet energetic spaces. Using vibrant colors and warm wood finishes, combined with large open spaces, West 22 creates an invigorating place to live and study. The combination of amenities, from the two story fitness building with large roll up doors and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse, to the large outdoor pool deck, barbecue areas, hammock grove, and indoor lounge areas, provide students a luxury home away from home. The clubhouse’s interior includes a large TV viewing area with two pool tables, shuffleboard, two sun tanning rooms, private study areas with a meeting rooms, and a large refreshment area that opens up with a roll up door to the pool deck.

“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
