PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Vinings Main is located on Paces Ferry Road near I-285 within walking distance of historic Vinings. The project consists of three, mid-density residential buildings incorporating 149 condominium units. The amenities include an additional guest suite that is available for out-of-town visitors. The development includes a four story, 33,000 sq ft office building and approximately 18,000 sq ft of retail space. A 6.5-story, pre-cast parking deck links the buildings together.
