PROJECT DESCRIPTION

University House is 592 bed student housing community located within walking distance of the University of Alabama’s football stadium. Four stories of residential are housed over a retail podium, vertically integrating 10,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. The exterior is composed of local brick selected to reflect the colors of the adjacent University of Alabama campus. The upper level units have views to the campus and downtown Tuscaloosa. Resident amenities include quiet courtyards, fire pits, pet stations, and tanning beds. Plenty of opportunities for students to relax and play in between studies are provided by a zero-entry swimming pool, hammock oasis, bocce ball court, basketball half-court, and open air yoga studio.
