PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Bartram is a mid-density, 334 unit apartment complex, consisting of 3 interior courtyards, surrounded by a 4-story wood framed structure including a 6-story precast concrete parking deck. Each courtyard is themed and has a distinct function: a main pool, a lap pool, and a serene fountain courtyard. Building amenities include a 2,400 sq ft fitness center containing state-of-the-art media based Nautilus equipment, free weights, and an aerobics room. Other amenities include a jogging trail, a dog walk, a 2-story, 5,600 sq ft clubroom which incorporates a dedicated game room, pool tables, media center with Xbox and PlayStation 3, a conference room, a family room for casual lounging, as well as a cyber cafe. All amenities contain wireless capabilities, for this project is notably one of the first LEED accredited, wood framed projects in the country.
