Interior Design • The Bartram

The interiors of The Bartram, an amenities rich mid-density residential project, are distinguished with clean lines and a sophisticated use of color. Rich, dark woods mix with cream and teal tiles to bring a luxurious spa feel to the two-story club room, which is adjacent to the resort style pool and courtyard. The eye-catching color contrast of the clubroom remains a theme throughout the leasing office and library/business center; where dark wood accents are used to offset beautiful cream marble floors. The Bartram uses cork and rubber flooring in its two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center to maintain an ecofriendly design, contributing to the project’s LEED Certification.

“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
