The Avenue Forsyth represents Cousins Properties’ latest and most ambitious lifestyle center to date. Seeking to capitalize on their other successful forays into exurban Atlanta, The Avenue Forsyth takes the concept even further. Situated directly off of the heavily traveled northern corridor GA 400 in Cumming, Georgia, The Avenue Forsyth caters to the ever-growing, and increasingly affluent population by offering over 400,000 sq ft of quality shopping and dining. A new Barnes & Noble concept, well suited to the new urbanist quality for which The Avenues are so well known for, anchors one end of the two avenues that bisect the site while DSW stands at the other end, acting as the future entry to the hotel and department store in Phase II. The Avenue Forsyth further pushes the mixed-use concept, providing 70,000 sq ft of Class A office space over retail as well as a 12-screen AMC movie theater.
