PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Station R is a mixed-use development of 285 apartment units in located along the Beltline Overlay District in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of southeast Atlanta. The 4.46 acre site is bounded by Moreland Avenue to the east, Wade Street to the south, and Seaboard Avenue to the north. The average unit size is approximately 880 SF. The streetscape, facing Moreland Avenue and Brantley Street, is activated by restaurants and specialty shops totaling 16,000 SF in a concrete podium below an elevated courtyard. There will be three anticipated restaurant spaces that range in area between 1,900SF and 4,000SF with the remainder of the area dedicated to dry goods retail. The leasing and amenity space is 10,000 SF. Parking is provided in an adjacent five level open precast parking deck with approximately 466 parking spaces.
