Solis Waverly is an upscale garden style community located off Providence Road near the Ballantyne neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Solis provides the multifamily component to Waverly, a 98-acre, master-planned mixed use project designed to create a live, work, play community in suburban Charlotte. 375 residential units are configured in mix of two, three, and four story building of Type VA wood-framed construction. The entrance to Solis serves as Waverly’s main street focal point, establishing the sense of a close-knit small town with a warm, craftsman-style architectural feel. Amenities include a resort style pool, fitness center, and clubroom. In addition to the project’s close proximity to major Charlotte employers, Solis offers residents a walkable environment with direct connection to local retail destinations.
