The exterior takes its inspiration from early to mid-20th century brick warehouses, which has been adapted into a cleaner, more modern facade that showcases its rich detailing. Highlighting its commitment to easy transit access, Avondale will be fully accessible and welcoming to both pedestrians and cyclists, with eye-catching storefronts, street canopies, and accessible sidewalks. The project also boasts quick and easy access to both Stone Mountain Trail and the Avondale MARTA Station. Planned demolition will make way for a one acre park to showcase existing mature trees in the area and adding outdoor seating, allowing further walking and biking transit options.
