Ripley II is a residential high rise located in downtown Silver Spring, MD along the Metro Red Line. As a transit oriented development, Ripley is located within walking distance of the Silver Spring Metro Station and provides connectivity to the Metropolitan Branch Trail, an 8 mile shared-use trail popular with bicycle commuters. This 21 story second phase tower abuts the first phase and provides an additional 420 units. The street level is activated by 2,000 square feet of live/work space and 3,000 square feet of amenity and leasing area. Additional amenities include a pool deck, café, and lounge areas.
