PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Progress place is a LEED Silver-certified public facility that provides walk-in medical care and permanent housing for the low-income and homeless population of the Silver Spring, MD. Its service programs are run by Shepherd’s Table and Interfaith Works. In addition to the health clinic, the project provides clothing for interviews, educational resources and computers, kitchen areas, as well as fitness and recreation rooms. The administrative offices provide caretakers with offices, conference rooms, employee and volunteer lounges and file rooms.
