• Palmetto Promenade

Palmetto Promenade is a mixed use project located in Boca Raton, Florida. The project consists of several components including apartments, townhomes and 11,740 SF of retail space, and is designed as a collection of several buildings connected by bridge elements to break down the visual mass of the development. The facades of these individual “buildings” are inspired by different periods of South Florida architecture, including Mizner styled Mediterranean Revival, 20’s Classical Revival, Art Deco, Transitional and Modern. Great attention has been paid to creating variety in the pedestrian experience, which includes townhome front yard entries, trellised terraces and retail arcades. The project includes approximately 378 residential units in a combination of three 9-story high rise residential structures fronting Palmetto Park Road and townhome residences fronting the parking decks at the rear of the site. The site also includes 3 levels of structured parking as well as private parking for the townhouse units. Luxury amenities include a resort-class pool terrace, expansive clubroom and fitness center.

“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
