PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This fast-track project involves both the architectural and interiors team at The Preston Partnership in conjunction with the developer, the contractor, the technological designers, and the end-user, The Board of Regents Office of Information and Instructional Technology. The Preston Partnership team developed the base building shell and core design as well as the interiors up-fit for this 80,000 sq ft space. The building is a 2-story steel frame structure with brick exterior and a partial basement with enhanced mechanical and electrical systems to support the intense technology needs of the full building tenant. This project will provide a complete design solution for the growth and long-term needs of this technological group. The scope of services includes site planning, architectural documents, and tenant design documents as well as MEP engineering, construction administration, and furniture/finish selection.
