PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Art Deco meets modern as Metropolitan interiors capture the spirit of Fort Lauderdale’s Flager Village, and up and coming arts district. To achieve a unique Flager residence, timeless finishes are paired with deco fixtures and sculptural forms. Great care into addressing the market’s desires, and the interiors team assessed the user’s experiences with the help of our design studio. A large rooftop amenity includes a resort-inspired pool deck and outdoor terrace. The other key amenities include a collaborative workspace, clubroom, fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga and even a Segway rental space. Interiors collaborated extensively with the client to provide hospitality luxe to multifamily living, creating memorable moments.

“I have said many times that you should always hire architectural firms that have the kind of expertise and experience needed for the development you are attempting to build.  The Preston Partnership is one of those firms that I have had the distinct pleasure of working with on many, many developments.  Experienced, professional, willing and capable to take on any challenge.”
