PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Magnolia Park is a mixed use development located in Greenville, South Carolina at the intersection of I-85 and I-385, east of Roper Mountain Road on a 66 acre parcel. An existing mall is being partially demolished to make way for the new development. A freestanding Regal Cinema is also to remain and be open during a phased construction approach. The new development and will be located between the existing Costco to the west, an existing Power Center to the east, and two freestanding pad sites to the south. The project includes single story retail and restaurants. The total gross building area (GBA) of cold dark shell for all buildings is approximately 483,200 SF.
