PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Avalon Falls Church is a 19.23 acre redevelopment of the historic Hillwood Square community, providing 330 units in 15 three story wood framed buildings placed along internal “streets” with a traditional neighborhood feel. Parking is provided with tuck under garages and surface parking along the project’s internal streets and squares. The architectural design reflects the traditional revivalist styles of the surrounding area, incorporating materials and design details from local context, including historic Federal, Georgian, Victorian, and Craftsman homes. The clubhouse features over 9,000 SF of amenity space, including a fitness center, leasing office, game area, media lounge, bike shop, dog spa, large pool and patio area. Outdoor amenities include a large pool with sundeck and cabanas, outdoor kitchen and lounge spaces, children’s play area, putting green, and dog park.
