PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Spread over two city blocks, Highlands on Ponce creates a planned development that encourages pedestrian activity with street trees, wide sidewalks, street lighting, and urban furniture. The street elevations were designed to blend in with the existing context of Midtown; and consequently, were also stepped and enhanced with different colors and materials to achieve the appearance that they were built over time. Consisting of 296 units in 3 new buildings (4-6 stories high) and one existing building (2 stories with a basement), it also boasts a centrally-located parking deck providing parking for the Old Spaghetti Factory, also a part of the development.
