Grand Station at Centerra, is a large scale, town center mixed use project in Loveland, Colorado. The design concept joins Colorado’s historic past of train depots and town squares with the modern designs of grand retail town center. The mixed use program includes 136 residential units, a 210 key hotel, over 500,000 SF of retail and 245,000 SF of office space. The focal point of the project is its grand square, with grassy courtyards, a performance stage, interactive fountain features, and an authentic working streetcar.
