Multifamily • High Rise • Glass House Denver

Glass House Denver is a residential building located in Riverfront Park, within The Commons in Denver, Colorado. The building consists of 389 residential units, 6,000 sq ft of commercial health club space, and structured parking for approximately 502 vehicles. The building is 23 stories tall and is composed of two different towers from floors 8 to 23 that sit on a sculpted podium base comprised of the lower 7 stories with a single story basement. This project heightens the residents’ urban experience with maximized views to the city, the mountains, and the surroundings. The exterior walls of the towers are almost entirely glass windows that allow for dramatic views as well as an increased amount of light into each unit.

“I’ve done numerous projects with The Preston Partnership over the years and I have nothing but high praise for the firm. Whether a single project or multiple projects, they have always provided great design, reasonable fees, and service that is second to none. They are a terrific group of people and I can recommend them without hesitation.”
