PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Located adjacent to Emory University, Emory Point is a mixed use project comprised of wood-frame over concrete podium. 280 units are situated in 4 levels of residential utilizing Type III-A and Type V construction. The retail component consists of approximately 40,000 sq ft at ground level providing integration into the surrounding community. Parking for the entire project is provided in an 8-level garage which includes 2 below-grade levels. Project amenities include 3 landscaped courtyards, a pool, and two garden environments, as well as a 2,200 sq ft fitness center. A continuous walking path is provided connecting directly to the Emory University campus.
