Working as Regional Architect, Architect of Record, and Prototype Architect, extensive effort went into developing, maintaining, and utilizing standards for the CVS/Pharmacy brand. Over 100 versions of the typical 10,125 sq ft floorplate provided flexibility, however, it also required close monitoring to meet the client’s expectations. As Architect of Record, construction documents were produced and included in-house structural engineering services as well as architecture. In addition to prototype development, construction documents, and contract administration, site viability studies were provided directly for CVS as well as developers to evaluate the desirability and limitations for sites.
