PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Centerpointe is part of a master planned development in Fairfax County, Virginia that includes for-sale condominiums and rental units. The small boutique mid-rise building consists of 120 units and 191 parking spaces in two levels of underground parking. The unit mix includes 1 and 2-bedrooms with a portion of the units designated as affordable dwelling units. Amenities include a fitness center and club room. The u-shaped plan creates an entry courtyard that faces the townhouse development while the main facades address the major street intersections fulfilling the vision for an urban, pedestrian-friendly community. The design is intended to complement and enhance the architectural language of the townhouses and surrounding projects.
