PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Located on the edge of the Gulch and Pie Town neighborhoods in Nashville, Broadstone Gulch boasts a 14 story mixed use program with 9 levels of multifamily residential over 4 levels of parking and 3,900 sf of street level retail. The project provides 238 units at an average size of 717 sf.  The 5th floor amenity deck features pool and lounge areas which flow into a double height fitness center and pool bar. In addition to the amenity deck, Broadstone Gulch features private penthouse terraces and a rooftop sky lounge with unobstructed views of downtown Nashville. A majority of the exterior walls are almost entirely glass windows that allow for dramatic views as well as an increased amount of light into each unit.
