PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our firm’s first high-rise on the West Coast will be this dynamic apartment tower in the Flower District, just south of downtown Los Angeles. This area of LA is an active, urban neighborhood filled with residential buildings, restaurants, and shops. Downtown office buildings and the Staples Center are within a few minutes walk. This all-glass facade is designed to feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of abundant natural light and great views all around. The project features a sumptuous Amenity Plaza on top of the parking deck, complete with landscaping, shade structures, pool, and jacuzzi. The adjacent clubroom is designed with folding glass walls that open the amenity deck to the balmy Los Angeles climate. Residents can also take advantage of an open-air rooftop amenity deck affording skyline views to nearby local hot spots and LA night life

“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
