The two-story clubroom and fitness center are proudly displayed through the dramatic steel and glass feature corner of 77H – DC’s hip new urban midrise apartments. Taking cues from the surrounding neighborhood, the interior design thoughtfully blends the historic industrial aesthetic with edgy modern elements, color, and large scale lighting to create a bold impression visible from the street.

Encouraging social interaction, the expansive space of the clubroom provides varied seating areas for intimate groups or large parties. The city streetscape is featured prominently through the two story floor to ceiling windows, connecting the space to its urban environment. Oversized furniture with rich textural fabrics invite residents to relax and get to know their neighbors. Two custom bars and a catering kitchen allow groups to entertain simultaneously while maintaining the feel of a private event. A gaming mezzanine overlooking the lower level offers fun interaction with shuffle board, billiards, foosball, and gaming flat screens.

The warehouse style fitness center fills the double volume space of concrete columns and floor to ceiling windows with a state-of-the-art cardio theater and full-circuit strength training. A well-equipped yoga mezzanine provides space for private stretching or group classes.
