360 combines the influences of the building’s architecture and the natural landscape of the hill country surrounding Austin, Texas. Native material selections such as marble and limestone are mixed with raw concrete and copper to create an environment rich in natural texture, yet reflective of the modern high rise lifestyle. Wood walls are installed in a basket weave pattern with aluminum reveals. The neutral palette is accented with sumptuous reds, while the furnishing style incorporates steel and glass with sculptured wood. The interior designers worked closely with the landscape architects to create a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces at the amenity level.

“Over the course of developing more than 7,000 units, you figure out some architects are great at design. Some are great at creating a functional project. Very few can do both. The Preston Partnership is the best at marrying both form and function. They design beautiful buildings that are affordable and efficient. They are the best.”
