PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Place on Ponce on is an urban mixed use project consisting of 235 residential units and 10,000 square feet of street level retail. Located on a 2.5 acre infill site on West Ponce de Leon Avenue, this project adds to the live work play lifestyle of downtown Decatur by replacing a surface parking lot with walkable shops, restaurants, apartments, and a 5-level parking deck shared with an adjacent office building. Alternative commutes are simplified with Decatur’s sidewalks, bike lanes, and MARTA rail access. Amenities include a resort-style zero entry pool, private courtyard with an ornate fountain feature, expansive clubroom, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The scale and façade are designed to complement the neighboring context, transitioning from a contemporary urban look at the downtown side to a more traditional design that steps down to tree lined sidewalks along the neighboring residential area.
