IT Specialist

This is an IT Specialist position for both the staff and the company. This position will start in the role of an IT Specialist and likely grow into the role of Chief Technology Officer. You will be dealing with architects and designers on a daily basis to solve their hardware and software issues, while assisting leadership with evaluating and implementing the firm’s technology goals. You will research, monitor and maintain at least 25 software packages, many specific to architecture such as Revit, Enscape, Occulus, Procore, Newforma, and Lumion. If you have the experience, you will also maintain our computer network, including WatchGuard firewalls and Unify switches. We consider our company progressive and on the leading edge of technology. As such, the position will embrace a forward-thinking mentality.

You will likely be a graduate with a computer information systems related degree and have 1 – 5 years of relevant experience. You could be a computer information systems graduate with an interest in architecture. You could also be an architectural graduate with an interest in computing and IT.

Our architects are in the office and will see you as an extension of their team. While some tasks can be done remotely, you will thrive the most in being an enthusiastic, collaborative, hands-on, and accessible member of the firm. Problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are a must.

BIM Director + Design Technologist

The BIM Director + Design Technologist position requires high-level proficiency with BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. You will be updating Revit families, templates, and libraries, implementing design standards and procedures, as well as evaluating plugins and software. Staff and team coaching, mentoring, and training will be a priority so fostering the success of your coworkers is paramount. You will be working with architects and designers daily to advance our work to better serve our clients. We consider our company progressive and on the leading edge of technology. As such, the position will embrace this forward-thinking mentality. You will likely be an architectural graduate with a computer related degree and have 5+ years of relevant experience. Revit Certification is a plus.

Project Architect

Our Project Architects lead the team to manage the production of contract documents for various types of residential and mixed-use projects. Candidates should be registered with a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience. We look for proactive and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. This role requires management of budgets, consultants and interns to produce comprehensive and well-coordinated construction documents. As such, compensation and benefits are above market. Proficiency in Revit is required.

Job Captain

A Job Captain works with a project team to produce and manage the production of project drawings and documentation during construction for various types of multifamily and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate is a registered architect with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in hospitality, multifamily and/or retail development. We look for proactive and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, who are eager to work in team-oriented environment.  We require proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam and Newforma, as well as knowledge of building codes and standards.

Intern Architect

An Intern Architect works with a team of Architects and other interns to produce contract documents for various types of residential and mixed-use projects. Candidates should have previous experience as an Intern Architect, be detail oriented and possess a thorough understanding of how production drawings are produced and coordinated. This role also requires coordinating work with consultants. Proficiency in Revit is required.
