Azure Grand Opening

Posted on March 27th, 2014

Last week, members of The Preston Partnership project team for Azure attended the Hines’ VIP Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting. The festivities included live music, a tour of the community, a human sushi bar, and a silent auction benefitting the Paralyzed Veterans of America. The luxury garden style community is located in St. Petersburg’s exclusive Carillion Park.

The chic, coastal, four-story apartment community houses 308 apartment units, available in one, two and three bedroom floor plans. Entering the community, guests are led seamlessly through the welcome center, clubhouse, and fitness center into to the open amenity courtyard and resort-style pool. Noteworthy amenities include club room with billiards and shuffle board, internet café, training studio, electrical car charging stations, Bark Park , outdoor kitchen, garages, USB connections in every apartment, and a playground that caters to family-oriented activities.

Check out some of our photos of the event.

“For many years, we have considered The Preston Partnership one of our preferred design professionals, from the accuracy of their planning and preliminary density studies, through design document production, to coordination with the Owner and Contractor team during construction.  We always look to find more business to do with Preston’s team given our long-standing relationship….we see them as a partner in every project, not just a third party consultant.”
