One of our senior project managers, Andrew Butler, recently attended Crescent Communities groundbreaking ceremony on Alexander Village. This health club inspired community provides luxury cottages reminiscent of the historic South Carolina Lowcountry vernacular.

Residents will be able to enjoy an outdoor fitness environment and seaside resort-style amenities. The state-of-the-art health club, scenic fitness trails and saltwater pool with aquatic sundeck will provide tranquil open green space that encourages connectivity throughout the community. Additional amenity features to be included are an amphitheatre, wooded dog park, bocce courts, and outdoor lounge areas complimented by outdoor kitchens and fireplaces.

“I have said many times that you should always hire architectural firms that have the kind of expertise and experience needed for the development you are attempting to build.  The Preston Partnership is one of those firms that I have had the distinct pleasure of working with on many, many developments.  Experienced, professional, willing and capable to take on any challenge.”
